Current Work

Working with clay is an exercise in letting go of prescription. Individual pieces of pottery are products of a particular ball of clay, a particular kiln firing, and a particular moment in time, in the year, and in my body. Although there are a few forms I most often make, my work as a clay artist varies and I like experimenting with other shapes, designs, and glazes.
